La desobediencia en niños y adolescentes suele ser el resultado de factores que ellos no saben manejar. Factores externos como la sobreestimulación digital, la falta de sueño, el estrés escolar y la influencia de entornos sociales negativos actúan como catalizadores de la rebeldía. Cuando el menor se siente abrumado por estos estímulos, su capacidad cognitiva para procesar una orden se bloquea. Los padres deben ser investigadores de la conducta de sus hijos para distinguir entre una falta de valores y una reacción fisiológica o emocional a un entorno que les irrita y les impide sentir que deben obedecer.

Disobedience in children and adolescents is often the result of factors they do not know how to manage. External factors such as digital overstimulation, lack of sleep, school stress, and the influence of negative social environments act as catalysts for rebellion. When the minor feels overwhelmed by these stimuli, their cognitive ability to process an order is blocked. Parents must be researchers of their children's behavior to distinguish between a lack of values and a physiological or emotional reaction to an environment that irritates them and prevents them from feeling they must obey.

1. Factores que Irritan y Bloquean (Factors that Irritate and Block)
- Español: La comunicación autoritaria basada solo en gritos, la falta de coherencia entre lo que el padre dice y hace, y el agotamiento físico. Estos elementos generan una irritación que cierra los canales de comunicación.
- English: Authoritarian communication based only on shouting, the lack of consistency between what the parent says and does, and physical exhaustion. These elements generate an irritation that closes communication channels.
2. Factores que Estimulan la Desobediencia (Factors that Stimulate Disobedience)
- Español: El acceso a contenidos digitales que normalizan la falta de respeto, la búsqueda de autonomía mal gestionada y la necesidad de llamar la atención ante la ausencia de presencia afectiva de los padres.
- English: Access to digital content that normalizes disrespect, poorly managed search for autonomy, and the need to seek attention due to the absence of the parents' affective presence.
3. Factores que Dificultan la Obediencia (Factors that Hinder Obedience)
- Español: Las instrucciones poco claras, el exceso de reglas sin explicación y el entorno caótico. Un niño necesita una estructura predecible para poder seguir una guía con seguridad.
- English: Unclear instructions, an excess of rules without explanation, and a chaotic environment. A child needs a predictable structure to follow guidance with security.

As a Pedagogue, a graduate of the Pedagógico de Caracas, my career has been consolidated in the research and application of Vanguard Pedagogy. With experience in high-level institutions such as UNEFA and Pequiven, I have dedicated my work to creating guidance tools that allow for the re-education of behavioral patterns and the healing of human dynamics from an integral vision.
Mi enfoque se basa en el modelo biopsicosocial, el cual analiza al individuo desde sus dimensiones biológicas, psicológicas y sociales para potenciar un desarrollo equilibrado y saludable. My approach is based on the biopsychosocial model, which analyzes the individual from biological, psychological, and social dimensions to promote balanced and healthy development. All my work is supported by the pedagogical foundation of international institutions such as UNED and UNESCO, merging academic rigor with practical and understandable application for the whole family.
