Hablar en público es uno de los miedos más comunes entre los seres humanos. Conseguir superarlo es parte de nuestra cultura actual. En la sociedad, las personas con miedo escénico pierden muchísimas oportunidades; por ello, es necesario que estudies este tema con detenimiento. En este curso podrás lograr el objetivo de hablar en público con desenvoltura, aprendiendo las pautas básicas a tener en cuenta.

​ENGLISH:

Speaking in public is one of the most common fears among human beings. Overcoming it is part of our current culture. In society, people with stage fright lose many opportunities; therefore, it is necessary to study this topic carefully. In this course, you will be able to achieve the goal of speaking in public with ease, learning the basic guidelines to keep in mind.

​1. El Miedo Escénico / Stage Fright

​ESPAÑOL:

El miedo a hablar ante una audiencia es una reacción natural que puede ser superada. El primer paso es reconocer que los nervios son normales y utilizarlos como energía para la presentación. La preparación exhaustiva del tema es el mejor antídoto contra la inseguridad, ya que el dominio del contenido reduce la ansiedad significativamente.

ENGLISH:

Fear of speaking before an audience is a natural reaction that can be overcome. The first step is to recognize that nerves are normal and use them as energy for the presentation. Thorough preparation of the topic is the best antidote to insecurity, as mastery of the content significantly reduces anxiety.

​2. La Preparación del Mensaje / Preparing the Message

​ESPAÑOL:

Un buen orador debe saber qué quiere decir y cómo quiere que su audiencia se sienta. El mensaje debe estar estructurado de forma lógica: una introducción impactante, un desarrollo coherente y una conclusión que refuerce la idea principal. No se trata de memorizar palabras, sino de entender y transmitir conceptos.

ENGLISH:

A good speaker must know what they want to say and how they want their audience to feel. The message must be logically structured: an impactful introduction, a coherent development, and a conclusion that reinforces the main idea. It is not about memorizing words, but about understanding and conveying concepts.

​3. El Lenguaje Corporal y la Voz / Body Language and Voice

​ESPAÑOL:

La comunicación no verbal representa una gran parte del impacto del discurso. Es vital mantener una postura erguida, hacer contacto visual con los presentes y utilizar las manos para enfatizar puntos clave. Asimismo, se debe cuidar la modulación de la voz, el timbre y las pausas para mantener el interés y la claridad.

ENGLISH:

Non-verbal communication represents a large part of the speech's impact. It is vital to maintain an upright posture, make eye contact with those present, and use hands to emphasize key points. Likewise, one must take care of voice modulation, tone, and pauses to maintain interest and clarity.

​4. El Dominio del Auditorio / Mastering the Audience

​ESPAÑOL:

El orador debe estar atento a las reacciones del público. Si nota falta de atención, debe ajustar su energía o ritmo. La seguridad se transmite cuando el orador se siente cómodo en el espacio y muestra apertura hacia las preguntas o inquietudes de la audiencia, convirtiendo la exposición en un diálogo enriquecedor.

ENGLISH:

The speaker must be attentive to the audience's reactions. If a lack of attention is noticed, they must adjust their energy or pace. Confidence is conveyed when the speaker feels comfortable in the space and shows openness to the audience's questions or concerns, turning the presentation into an enriching dialogue.

​As a Pedagogue, a graduate of the Pedagógico de Caracas, my career has been consolidated in the research and application of Vanguard Pedagogy. With experience in high-level institutions such as UNEFA and Pequiven, I have dedicated my work to creating guidance tools that allow for the re-education of behavioral patterns and the healing of human dynamics from an integral vision.

​Mi enfoque se basa en el modelo biopsicosocial, el cual analiza al individuo desde sus dimensiones biológicas, psicológicas y sociales para potenciar un desarrollo equilibrado y saludable. Toda mi obra cuenta con la fundamentación pedagógica promovida por instituciones de prestigio internacional como la UNED y la UNESCO, fusionando el rigor académico con una aplicación práctica y comprensible para toda la familia.

​My approach is based on the biopsychosocial model, which analyzes the individual from biological, psychological, and social dimensions to promote balanced and healthy development. All my work is supported by the pedagogical foundation of international institutions such as UNED and UNESCO, merging academic rigor with practical and understandable application for the whole family.
