ESPAÑOL:
Este curso permitirá a los lectores comprender la necesidad de que los alumnos tengan una tutoría personal que les permita ser guiados de manera particular en su proceso de aprendizaje, para obtener mejores resultados académicos en general. Para trabajar con una audiencia se requiere tomar en cuenta factores como edades, etapas de desarrollo, comportamiento, ambiente y recursos necesarios para estimular el aprendizaje en distintos tipos de alumnos.
ENGLISH:
This course will allow readers to understand the need for students to have personal tutoring that allows them to be guided in a particular way in their learning process, to obtain better academic results in general. Working with an audience requires taking into account factors such as ages, stages of development, behavior, environment, and resources necessary to stimulate learning in different types of students.

1. Desventajas del Estudio Grupal / Disadvantages of Group Study
ESPAÑOL:
El trabajo con grupos requiere destrezas específicas, pero el enfoque masivo busca la calidad medida en la cantidad de alumnos que aprueban. En este contexto, el maestro no logra conocer a plenitud las fortalezas, dudas y limitaciones individuales de cada alumno.
ENGLISH:
Working with groups requires specific skills, but the mass approach seeks quality measured by the number of students who pass. In this context, the teacher fails to fully know the individual strengths, doubts, and limitations of each student.
2. Las Limitaciones del Alumno / Student Limitations
ESPAÑOL:
Dentro de un grupo grande, los alumnos enfrentan miedos como hacer el ridículo al preguntar, la competencia y rivalidad con compañeros, o la falta de tiempo del docente para atender necesidades individuales en el aula.
ENGLISH:
Within a large group, students face fears such as making a fool of themselves when asking questions, competition and rivalry with peers, or the teacher's lack of time to address individual needs in the classroom.
3. Limitaciones de las Instituciones y el Personal / Institutional and Staff Limitations
ESPAÑOL:
Ni las instituciones ni los profesores están orientados hacia el objetivo de la atención individual. El sistema educativo no puede cubrir en un año escolar la necesidad individual psicológica, social y académica de cada alumno. Esto puede causar que el alumno se sienta oprimido y poco motivado.
ENGLISH:
Neither institutions nor teachers are oriented toward the goal of individual attention. The educational system cannot cover each student's individual psychological, social, and academic needs within a school year. This can cause the student to feel oppressed and unmotivated.
4. La Tarea Dirigida / Directed Homework
ESPAÑOL:
Es una herramienta que genera resultados relevantes y avance progresivo. Permite al alumno ser libre para expresar dudas, recibir atención personalizada y desarrollar un mayor nivel de compromiso y hábitos de estudio.
ENGLISH:
It is a tool that generates relevant results and progressive advancement. It allows the student to be free to express doubts, receive personalized attention, and develop a higher level of commitment and study habits.
5. El Papel del Docente de Tareas Dirigidas / The Role of the Directed Homework Teacher
ESPAÑOL:
El docente debe revisar continuamente el desarrollo del alumno, explorando sus áreas fuertes y débiles. Debe identificar las formas de aprendizaje más adecuadas (visual, auditiva) y crear un vínculo armonioso entre el alumno, el profesor de aula y la materia.
ENGLISH:
The teacher must continuously review the student's development, exploring their strengths and weaknesses. They must identify the most appropriate learning styles (visual, auditory) and create a harmonious link between the student, the classroom teacher, and the subject.

As a Pedagogue, a graduate of the Pedagógico de Caracas, my career has been consolidated in the research and application of Vanguard Pedagogy. With experience in high-level institutions such as UNEFA and Pequiven, I have dedicated my work to creating guidance tools that allow for the re-education of behavioral patterns and the healing of human dynamics from an integral vision.
Mi enfoque se basa en el modelo biopsicosocial, el cual analiza al individuo desde sus dimensiones biológicas, psicológicas y sociales para potenciar un desarrollo equilibrado y saludable. Toda mi obra cuenta con la fundamentación pedagógica promovida por instituciones de prestigio internacional como la UNED y la UNESCO, fusionando el rigor académico con una aplicación práctica y comprensible para toda la familia.
My approach is based on the biopsychosocial model, which analyzes the individual from biological, psychological, and social dimensions to promote balanced and healthy development. All my work is supported by the pedagogical foundation of international institutions such as UNED and UNESCO, merging academic rigor with practical and understandable application for the whole family.
