📚 PRESENTACIÓN DEL CURSO / COURSE PRESENTATION
ESPAÑOL:
Educar a los hijos en el sexo y saber cuándo hablar de ello son dudas típicas de todos los padres. Este curso pretende dar orientaciones claves a personas interesadas en educar a sus hijos en cuanto a la sexualidad, pero que aún no tienen el conocimiento, las herramientas, ni las técnicas adecuadas para emprender tan importante labor.
ENGLISH:
Educating children about sex and knowing when to talk about it are typical doubts for all parents. This course aims to provide key guidance to people interested in educating their children regarding sexuality, but who do not yet have the knowledge, tools, or appropriate techniques to undertake such an important task.

1. La Sexualidad en la Infancia / Sexuality in Childhood
ESPAÑOL:
La educación sexual comienza desde el nacimiento. Es fundamental llamar a las partes del cuerpo por su nombre correcto y enseñar el respeto hacia el propio cuerpo y el de los demás. En esta etapa, la curiosidad es natural y las respuestas de los padres deben ser sencillas, directas y libres de prejuicios o vergüenza.
ENGLISH:
Sexual education begins at birth. It is fundamental to call body parts by their correct names and teach respect for one's own body and the bodies of others. At this stage, curiosity is natural, and parents' answers should be simple, direct, and free of prejudice or shame.
2. Pubertad y Cambios Físicos / Puberty and Physical Changes
ESPAÑOL:
Esta fase requiere una explicación clara sobre los cambios hormonales y biológicos. Los docentes y padres deben preparar al niño para la transición a la adolescencia, explicando procesos como la menstruación o el desarrollo muscular como partes normales y saludables del crecimiento, fortaleciendo siempre su autoestima.
ENGLISH:
This phase requires a clear explanation of hormonal and biological changes. Teachers and parents must prepare the child for the transition to adolescence, explaining processes such as menstruation or muscle development as normal and healthy parts of growth, always strengthening their self-esteem.
3. Adolescencia y Responsabilidad / Adolescence and Responsibility
ESPAÑOL:
La educación sexual en adolescentes se enfoca en la responsabilidad, el consentimiento y las consecuencias de las decisiones. Es el momento de hablar sobre la prevención de enfermedades y embarazos no deseados, pero también sobre la importancia de la afectividad y los valores en las relaciones interpersonales.
ENGLISH:
Sexual education in adolescents focuses on responsibility, consent, and the consequences of decisions. It is the time to talk about the prevention of diseases and unwanted pregnancies, but also about the importance of affectivity and values in interpersonal relationships.
4. El Rol de los Adultos y Docentes / The Role of Adults and Teachers
ESPAÑOL:
Los adultos deben ser fuentes de información confiables. Si un padre o docente no sabe la respuesta, es mejor investigar juntos que evitar el tema. La clave es mantener canales de comunicación abiertos para que el joven no busque información errónea en fuentes externas no calificadas.
ENGLISH:
Adults must be reliable sources of information. If a parent or teacher does not know the answer, it is better to research together than to avoid the topic. The key is to keep communication channels open so that the young person does not seek erroneous information from unqualified external sources.

As a Pedagogue, a graduate of the Pedagógico de Caracas, my career has been consolidated in the research and application of Vanguard Pedagogy. With experience in high-level institutions such as UNEFA and Pequiven, I have dedicated my work to creating guidance tools that allow for the re-education of behavioral patterns and the healing of human dynamics from an integral vision.
Mi enfoque se basa en el modelo biopsicosocial, el cual analiza al individuo desde sus dimensiones biológicas, psicológicas y sociales para potenciar un desarrollo equilibrado y saludable. Toda mi obra cuenta con la fundamentación pedagógica promovida por instituciones de prestigio internacional como la UNED y la UNESCO, fusionando el rigor académico con una aplicación práctica y comprensible para toda la familia.
My approach is based on the biopsychosocial model, which analyzes the individual from biological, psychological, and social dimensions to promote balanced and healthy development. All my work is supported by the pedagogical foundation of international institutions such as UNED and UNESCO, merging academic rigor with practical and understandable application for the whole family.
