📚 PRESENTACIÓN DEL CURSO / COURSE PRESENTATION
ESPAÑOL:
Existe un alto índice de abuso sexual en los niños a nivel mundial, y muchos de estos casos se dan por falta de orientación en los padres. Este curso pretende darle herramientas a los padres para que puedan aprender a manejar estos asuntos con mucha precaución, evitando que sus hijos puedan llegar a sufrir estos abusos.
ENGLISH:
There is a high rate of child sexual abuse worldwide, and many of these cases occur due to a lack of orientation among parents. This course aims to provide tools to parents so they can learn to handle these matters with great caution, preventing their children from suffering these abuses.
📖 CONTENIDO ÍNTEGRO DE PREVENCIÓN / FULL PREVENTION CONTENT
1. La Importancia de la Comunicación / The Importance of Communication
ESPAÑOL:
La base de la prevención es la confianza. Los padres deben fomentar un ambiente donde el niño se sienta seguro de contar cualquier situación extraña sin miedo a ser regañado. Es vital enseñarles que no deben guardar "secretos" que los hagan sentir incómodos o tristes, especialmente si involucran a adultos.
ENGLISH:
The foundation of prevention is trust. Parents must foster an environment where the child feels safe to report any strange situation without fear of being scolded. It is vital to teach them that they should not keep "secrets" that make them feel uncomfortable or sad, especially if they involve adults.
2. Conocimiento del Cuerpo y Límites / Body Knowledge and Boundaries
ESPAÑOL:
Es necesario que el niño conozca las partes de su cuerpo y entienda que son privadas. Debemos enseñarles que nadie tiene derecho a tocarlos de manera que los haga sentir mal o confundidos. El concepto de "espacio personal" es una herramienta de defensa fundamental desde temprana edad.
ENGLISH:
It is necessary for the child to know their body parts and understand that they are private. We must teach them that no one has the right to touch them in a way that makes them feel bad or confused. The concept of "personal space" is a fundamental defense tool from an early age.
3. Señales de Alerta para Padres y Docentes / Warning Signs for Parents and Teachers
ESPAÑOL:
Los cambios repentinos en el comportamiento, pesadillas, retraimiento o conductas sexuales inapropiadas para su edad son señales que no deben ignorarse. La observación constante y el conocimiento de la rutina del niño permiten detectar a tiempo cualquier anomalía en su entorno social o familiar.
ENGLISH:
Sudden changes in behavior, nightmares, withdrawal, or age-inappropriate sexual behaviors are signs that should not be ignored. Constant observation and knowledge of the child's routine allow for the timely detection of any anomaly in their social or family environment.
4. Supervisión y Entorno Seguro / Supervision and Safe Environment
ESPAÑOL:
La mayoría de los abusos ocurren en entornos conocidos. Por ello, la supervisión debe ser constante y no se debe dejar a los niños bajo el cuidado de personas que no gocen de absoluta confianza, incluso dentro del círculo familiar. La prevención técnica implica estar atentos a quiénes interactúan con el menor y bajo qué circunstancias.
ENGLISH:
Most abuses occur in familiar environments. Therefore, supervision must be constant, and children should not be left in the care of people who do not enjoy absolute trust, even within the family circle. Technical prevention involves being attentive to who interacts with the minor and under what circumstances.

Este curso de prevención se fundamenta en los protocolos de protección infantil y seguridad integral promovidos por la UNED y la UNESCO, priorizando siempre el interés superior del niño.

This prevention course is based on the child protection and integral security protocols promoted by UNED and UNESCO, always prioritizing the best interests of the child.

Mi enfoque se basa en el modelo biopsicosocial, el cual analiza al individuo desde sus dimensiones biológicas, psicológicas y sociales para potenciar un desarrollo equilibrado y saludable. Toda mi obra cuenta con la fundamentación pedagógica promovida por instituciones de prestigio internacional como la UNED y la UNESCO, fusionando el rigor académico con una aplicación práctica y comprensible para toda la familia.
My approach is based on the biopsychosocial model, which analyzes the individual from biological, psychological, and social dimensions to promote balanced and healthy development. All my work is supported by the pedagogical foundation of international institutions such as UNED and UNESCO, merging academic rigor with practical and understandable application for the whole family.
